2Pickup and return whose address needs to be filled in?

Full name: (Fill in the seller's name).
Phone number: (Fill in the seller's contact number).

3[Return Refund] How do I return my items to the Online Baby Wear?

1. Seller using Shopee Free Return with J&T Express.

The Online Baby Wear receives the return and will refund it to your credit history.
The remark order number is needed to facilitate us to make a refund.

4How to check your Shopee account current API authorisation expiry date?

1. Shopee authorization is valid for 1 year, once system detected the seller has already expired (more than 1 year) they will need to disconnect & reauthorize their Shopee account.

5Shopee seller account can combine supplier?

1. Seller will not be able to control the shipping channels (We also use SSL).
2. Once a buyer purchases a product from a different supplier , Shopee airway bill can not be reused.

    B. Before an admin processes an order, seller needs to split order.

6After the order is paid, what else do I need to do in seller centre?

1. Use Shopee supported logistics no need manually update tracking number.
2. No need click (Arrange Shipment) If clicked to prevent the buyer from canceling order.
3. No need click (Mass Ship).
4. No need manually send Shopee airway bill.
5. After courier company pickup will auto update seller centre shpping status (Between 4 hours).

7What should I do if the order does not sync in Online Baby Wear?

1. It takes an hour to sync to Online Baby Wear.
2. If more than 3 hours.
    A. Solution (Go to Dashboard sync setting refresh Shopee Order Button).
3. Integration authorization expired.
    A. Solution (please re-authorise your Shopee account). Click here to know more about authorisation expiry.
4. The Seller has completed the order.

8What sellers are not allowed to edit in seller centre?

1. Remove and Cchange Variation SKU.
2. Change selling price (Need to go back Online Baby Wear edit).
3. Join Shopee Official Event (Will affect your inventory synchronization).
     A. Shopee Shocking Sales.
     B. My Shop Shocking Sales.
     C. All Campaigns e.g 7&7, 8&8.

9What can be edited by the seller in the seller centre?

1. Product Name (Create your own keywords).
2. Product Description.
3. Product Images (Create your own product images).
4. Selling Price can Markup (Need to be edited in our system).

10Which address do I need to put in the pickup & return address?

Please fill in the address below.

14My Shopee is not connected?

1. Please be sure your email & API Key is correctly.
2. Please be sure no spacing when you copy & paste in the column.
3. Please confirm you have completed Shopee tutorial for the account activation.
4. Authorization expired (please Re-authorize Online Baby Wear Shopee setting).

15How to update tracking number in Shopee?

We use Shopee supported logistic no need manually update tracking number in Shopee.

16How much does it cost to use this service?

Zero cost, Online Baby Wear does not take any commission and fees on this service.

17What do I need to do if I receive an order from Shopee?

* Your orders will auto-push into your Online Baby Wear account.
* Auto order will push into your Online Baby Wear account every 1 hour.
(If your Shopee order receive at 1.25pm, Online Baby Wear shall receive your order between 2.00pm – 3.00pm). * Please ensure that you have enough credits in the Online Baby Wear account to allow the system to automatically place order.
* If your Online Baby Wear account does not have credit or insufficient credit, the order will be in the Pending Order.
*To push the pending order, simply click "Pending Order" button from your Dashboard, at the left panel. Next, view the affected order and then Click on Pay Now to proceed with the payment.

18Products synced does not shown?

Please elaborate the situation.

19Everything will proceed automatically?

Stock balance will be updated automatically and customer orders will be pushed to Online Baby Wear automatically. Seller need to ensure there's sufficient credit in Online Baby Wear.

20What if my Shopee order cancelled?

Immediately contact our customer service to inform about the cancellation.
